An unforgettable weekend for Stefano D’Aste and Alberto Naska, who claimed their first win of the season in the GT4 European Series at the iconic Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The Italian duo took a spectacular and well-deserved victory at the wheel of the PB Racing-run Lotus Emira GT4, marking a key milestone in their 2025 campaign.
The fourth round of the season was marked by highly variable weather conditions, with rain disrupting the early practice sessions and adding an extra layer of challenge to the demanding Belgian track. Despite this, D’Aste and Naska showed strong pace throughout qualifying, demonstrating a clear affinity with both the car and the circuit.
Race 1, unfortunately, ended almost before it began due to an electrical issue that forced the car to retire moments after the start. However, the Italian pair bounced back in Race 2 with a flawless performance. Naska showed great awareness and control by avoiding a massive first-lap crash at Eau Rouge, setting the stage for a remarkable recovery.
Maintaining a strong and consistent race pace, the two drivers climbed their way to the front, securing an emotional and hard-fought victory that rewards their efforts from the start of the season. The result also highlights the excellent work of the entire PB Racing team and boosts confidence heading into the second half of the GT4 European Series.
